Combine Cardio and Strength Workouts

Workout in the Mornings

Always Warm Up

Eat Well Before and After Workouts

For heavy workouts, plenty of carbohydrates will be necessary before the exercise. Of course you shouldn’t exercise on a full stomach. Let some time pass before you start. Afterwards you should eat again. Of course, a balanced diet is needed to complement your daily workouts.
