Choosing the Best Meat

Aside from the flavor of the meat, you should also consider the thickness of beef. It is best that you choose meats that are at least an inch thick. There is a big possibility that thin meats become dry when grilled over medium fire. On the other hand, if you choose cuts that are thicker than two inches, you will see that the outer portion of the meats can be easily burnt.

Oiling the Grill
